If you could choose to be born again as a citizen of any country in the world, which country would you choose, and why? First question listed was submitted by Canada. As a Minnesotan the local seems comfortable to me and I would have low cost, quality health care. Health care in Canada is delivered through a publicly funded health care system, which is mostly free at the point of use and has most services provided by private entities. It is guided by the provisions of the Canada Health Act. The government assures the quality of care through federal standards. The government does not participate in day-to-day care or collect any information about an individual's health, which remains confidential between a person and their physician. It would take me away from all the drama surrounding health care in the US and give me peace of mind and allow me to live without constantly worrying about the affordability of insurance.
